This acquisition is a strategic move aimed at strengthening ArKadia Group’s presence in a key market such as Germany, thus consolidating its position as a leader in the financial sector.
With this acquisition, ArKadia Group continues its global expansion, which began with the opening of its Brussels office in 2015.
This acquisition marks a major milestone in the multilingual services sector, an industry undergoing significant changes. According to the latest data from Nimdzi on the performance of the sector, it is set to grow steadily, albeit moderately, over the next five years. The sector is benefiting from globalisation, expansion into international markets and a focus on linguistic inclusivity, all while facing the challenge of technological innovation that is completely changing the way business is done.

The agreement, finalised on 6 November 2024, is a major transaction that further strengthens the ArKadia Group’s global expansion. The financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
